Unfortunately I've seen too many hybrid promoters/marketers in the modern digital era convince the (jamband) masses what the next important hip 'thang" is! And folks eat that shit up...and tix sell. I don't need promoters and marketers telling me who the torch is being passed to! But digital era has created a shitload of uninspired derivative stars that likely won't shine in the decades to follow...
I don't need a preacher man to tell me how to pray (Chris merola said that) I don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows (Bobby zimmerman said that). And I don't need a promoter or marketer to tell me what I like!
