Hey, Michael. If you're averse to baseball metaphors, how about one from hockey? Every now and then, a goalie will lose his focus and allow a goal that never should have made it to the back of the net. There's a saying usually hollered by a home team commentator: "If you're a goaltender, TEND THE GOAL! As you have a way with words, you could easily use the term "tend the goal" to provide inspiration to ensure that all of your, or your staff's goals are met.

I like the word Deliver. All the time and money spent creating, designing, promoting, writing SOPs, training…is nothing if we don’t DELIVER.
